DEV LOG #13: Entering high-risk-zone — Nuclear Testing Site
In this development update, we will move from a safe zone in the players' hideout to a new gameplay location in the wasteland desert. We went a long way on our roadmap & the major destination of the pre-alpha test is so close. All hands on deck & it’s time to flex the progress.
🏡 The hideout
We’ve unlocked the doors to the central hub of operations for players — the hideout. It houses key control modules for upgrading, crafting, stashing & trading.

☢️ New Map: Nuclear Testing Site (WIP)
In Engines of Fury survivors will venture through different location in order to fight alien mutants for dominance and loot.
Each location comes with unique enemies, bosses & dangers, all worth facing for the adventure & the loot.
We have introduced first map — the Military Base located in the abandoned forest. Time to unveil the second — Red Desert Nuclear Testing Site.
After the asteroid impact, the Red Desert Nuclear Testing Site became one of the few places where survivors gathered to rebuild and take shelter. However, it soon became heavily infested and overrun by deadly mutants.
Now, survivors must rise once again to reclaim and clear the area.

Adding the juice
Our journey of gameplay enhancement continues as we consistently introduce more enemies, VFX, ambiance, & player assets to the game. Over the last month, we’ve hit a milestone, increasing our numbers in both armor & weapon offerings. And also added new enemy types, introducing humanoids.
